MOLD STRUCTURE FOR NEEDLE TYPE SKIN ADHESIVE SHEET

PURPOSE:To provide the mold structure for a needle type skin adhesive sheet which enables the smooth advance of needles into a mold pad without hindering the continuous operation of a device. CONSTITUTION:This mold for the needle type skin adhesive sheet is provided with the needles 10 projectably from a clamping plate 15 provided pressably the mold pad 1 of the moving mold 8 and is provided in such a manner that compressed air can be supplied form the needle holes 15a of the clamping plate 15 to the mold pad 1. A nozzle 13b opening a piping 12b connecting a compressed air supplying source and an air supplying chamber 11 and a means for supplying a lubricant to this nozzle 13b are disposed in the middle of this piping. The inner peripheral surface 15b of the needle insertion hole 15a of the clamping plate 15 is provided with a brush body in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the needles 10. The application of the lubricant is enabled by the vertical movement of the needles 10 within the needle insertion holes 15a of the clamping plate 15.
