<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and stabilize the performance of a hydraulic booster for vehicle, by using a poppet valve for controlling the booster. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder hole 16, made in a housing 15 of booster, is equipped with a power piston 17 to form a pressure chamber 18. An input piston 34 is fitted loose in the power piston 17. A holder 23 is built in the bore 22 of the power piston and a guide 25 is fixed, together with a seat 36, to the shoulder 24 of the bore 22. The guide 25 forms a valve chamber 28 between the seat 36 and itself in which a poppet valve 29 is built, while another bore 31 on the right of the power piston 17 builds in an annular piston 32 for controlling the reaction force. This piston 32 has a cylinder hole 33 in which the input piston 34 is fitted loose to work together.</p> |
