PURPOSE:To provide a device for treating ozone by which ozone is surely decomposed and discharged at the prescribed ozone concentration or below. CONSTITUTION:The respective catalytic blocks 4a, 4b, 4c for treating ozone are provided with a plurality of ozone decomposition catalysts for decomposing and treating ozone. A device for treating ozone is formed by arranging three pieces of rectangular type catalysts and piling them in two steps. Introduced ozone is diffused by diffusion plates 6a, 6b, 6c. Position regulation members 8a, 8c are provided between the catalytic blocks 4a, 4c for treating ozone and the upside inner wall part of the case 10. A position regulation member 8b is provided between the catalytic block 4b for treating ozone and the downside inner wall part of the case 10. Introduced ozone is diffused by the diffusion plates and thereafter introduced into the respective catalytic blocks 4a, 4b, 4c for treating ozone, decomposed and treated. |
