PURPOSE:To industrially, continuously and stably obtain a carbon-contg. composition stabilized in physical properties for a long time by using a vertical reaction furnace and introducing a decomosable metallic compd. and a decomposable carbon-contg, compd. into the furnace to decompose the comds. CONSTITUTION:A decomposable metallic compd. and a decomposable carbon compd. are introduced into a hot gas contg. steam in a vertical reaction furnace and decomposed to produce a mixed aerosol dispersoid. The furnace is not clogged in this process which has not been attained by the conventional technique, and the operation is stabilized. The scale on the ceiling of the furnace is not dropped into the reaction zone at the lower part of the furnace. Further, the raw material is axisymmetrically sprayed, and the undecomposed material does not collide with the furnace wall. |
