PURPOSE:To improve workability and safety by automatically and simultaneously polishing both surfaces of a copper electrolyzing base board and applying oil thereto. CONSTITUTION:Both surfaces of a copper electrolyzing base board 5 whose upper end 5a is suspended and transferred by being placed on conveyors 1, 2 are polished by polishing by means of abrasive oil, rollers 31, 32 rising and falling along an electrodeposition surface of the base board 5 when its transfer is stopped. After the polishing, oil is applied to the polished both surfaces of the base board 5 by oil containing rollers 70, 71 rising and falling along the electrodeposition surface of the base board 5 when it is stopped at an optional position in the transferring direction. |
