<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the staying time of a sheet in an adjustment device and improve the efficiency of processing that starts at a sheet turning-over device and ends when re-paper feeding is conducted to a printer main body, by shortening the action time of adjustment guide members at the time of sheet adjustment. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a sheet turning-over device which conducts re-paper feeding to a printer main body side after the adjustment of sheets S by means of adjustment guide members 427 at an adjustment device 411, the adjustment guide members 427 possess plural retreat positions P1 that do not higher a sheet S being carried-in. At the time of sheet adjustment, retreat is made to one retreat position P1 that is in accordance with the sheet size, out of plural retreat positions P1, and then, movement is made from this retreat position P1 to an adjustment position P2 that holds pinchingly the sheet S according to its sheet size.</p> |
