<p>PURPOSE:To provide a fitting caulking and fixing device of a hose in which a coupling is easily executed with caulking and fixing even if the fitting is made a complex shape at the time of caulking and fixing the fitting to the end part of the hose body. CONSTITUTION:A setting hole 48 is provided on a central part of a holder 42 and a fitting is set thereon, the fitting is fixed with caulking by pressing it with plural die pieces 46 arranged radially surrounding this setting hole 48. The pushing movement of the die piece 46 is executed by rotating a cam ring 70 through a cam mechanism. An openings 50 are provided on the holder 42 and a frame 44 so as to be connected to the setting hole 48, the fitting is inserted in a direction orthogonal to its axis through this openings 50, this openings 50 are closed with a cam ring 70 during a caulking operating time, and the holder 42 and the frame 44 are prevented from being expanded and deformed owing to a function of the cam ring 70 as a resisting body.</p> |
