<p>A device for gluing the terminal edge of sticks of logs 10 of bandlike material, such as paper, comprising means 11, 12 for unwinding and holding the edge 29 of the log 10, while it is made to pass over a glue applicator means 30, from which it receives a glue stripe along one of its generatrices, to which said edge 29 sticks when it is released, in which said glue applicator means 30 comprises a retractable element 33 able to be moved from a position of rest in which it does not interfere with the trajectory of the log to an operating position interfering with such trajectory. <IMAGE></p> |
