spinning simultaneously the thermoplastic polyester resin through two groups of the orifices formed symmetrically from the centre of the spinneret; winding the first filaments' group of coarse denier and the second filaments' group of fine denier separately onto the step-wise first winding roller having the linear velocity of two steps; drawing completely the first filaments' group at the drawing rate of above 85 % of the max. drawing rate at the temp. of 5 deg.C above the glass transition temp. and drawing incompletely the second group at the drawing rate of 75-85 % of the max. drawing rate at the temp. of less than the glass transition temp.; interlacing before final winding.
