The position controller for pilot camera and a method thereof, controlling after detecting the difference between the present position and the pre-set position of the camera, includes a regulating circuit for providing a controlling output of each controller into an analog-value having a regulator, a tilt regulator, a zoom regulator and a focus regulator, and a microprocessor for converting a digital signal to be opposed to the signal inputted from the regulating circuit, memorizing into the data required for comparison of the input and outputting/controlling a relay driving signal associated with the position regulating as much time as multiplying the value corresponding to the remainder after comparing the newly inputted signal of the memorized position data with a constant value, thereby minimizing the number of cable line, enabling to controlling the position of camera and regulating the position-controlling time.
