The apparatus for controlling a sheath concentricity automatically and a method thereof using the characteristic of shifting according to the temperature of sheath material includes a die for extruding a sheath material being partitioned at an equal-interval like fan-shape by a groove stretched long radiately on the external exit-side of the die having a large groove on the external side and a small groove being mounted on the internal side around the center of die at an equal interval one by one on each separated and partitioned die, wherein a heater or cooling water circulating device for heating or cooling independently each partitioned part of the die is inserted into the large groove and a thermoelectric bar for measuring the temperature of each part is inserted into the small groove, thereby controlling correctly and perfectly the concentricity generated during the sheath extruding or a tube-extruding automatically.
