Salts of substd. thiazolidinedione derivs. of formula (I) and their solvates are new, R1 = H, alkyl, acyl, aralkyl, (opt. ring substd) or opt. substd. aryl; A1 = H or 1-4C substits. from alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or halo or A1 represents 2 substits. on adjacent C atoms which together with the C atoms to which they are attached form an opt. substd. aryl gp.; A2 = benzene opt. substd. by 1-3 substits; M- = a counter ion. 4-[4-[2-(N-methyl-N-(2-pyridyl)amino)ethoxy]benzyl] thiazolidine-2,4-dione, maleic acid salts is specifically claimed. |
