When a jig (21) on which a base material (38) being ion-plated is mounted and passes through a preheating section (23), an arc-ion plating section (24) and a sputter coating section (25), the rotating axle (27) vertically joined to the jig (21), is autorotated by driving means. The jig (21) runs on the guide rails (11a,11b) according to the transference of a chain (9) by drive of a motor (7). The fixing rods (30) on which the base material (38) is hung, are formed radially on the rotating axle (27).
