An outer tubular wall (110) is made from a multi-layer material. The material comprises an internal layer (113) having a low permeability to the fluid concerned and an external protective layer (114). Interior partition walls (120,112) are arranged inside the external tubular wall (110) to define several passages. These partition walls are made from a single layer material compatible with the fluid. The multi-layer material forming the external wall has an internal layer of adhesive between the internal layer (113) and external (114) layers of the external wall. An intermediate layer (115) forms a barrier against at least one of the fluid components.
