METHOD OF PRODUCING A PLATING STEEL SHEET WITH AN EXCELLANT PLATING ADHESION WORKABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE

The method comprises (i) degreasing Zn-Ni electroplated steel sheet including 9-17 wt.% Ni; (ii) phosphating the degreased steel sheet in the coating amount of 0.5-4.0 g/cm2; (iii) forming the lower painting layer of 2-8 μm thickness to bake at 180-220 deg.C, after coating the surface of the phosphated steel sheet with epoxy resin; and (iv) forming the upper painting layer of 10-25 μm thickness to bake at 190-250 deg.C, after coating polyester resin on the lower painting layer of steel sheet. The steel sheet has excellent paint-coating property, workability and corrosion resistance.
