PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of lights, by unifying a sample chamber and a device cover. CONSTITUTION:A device cover 1 covers the whole device consisting of mold moldings while also forming an ambient flank of a sample chamber portion. The cover 1 is provided with a groove 3 for sliding a sample chamber cover 2, and has holes bored in case of molding in order to mount sample chamber windows 11, 12. A holder base 13 is installed to a sample chamber front side plate through a receiving pan 14 in a demounting-free shape. When setting a sample, the sample cover 2 is slid along a guide, and the sample to be measured is set to the base 13 and set into a light course. |
