METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF DECORATIVE DESIGN PAVEMENT

The point of the artistic decorative coating curved-line pattern is as follows: elements of different surface areas and configuration are being cut and pressed according to copying templates. Then the elements in a precise element fixing device are glued into a segment. The device consists of a base and restricting support with control screws that place the element position in the segment and a tightening screw that fastens the glued elements in the device. The glued segments, having two quality outward sides, are cut according to copying template and placed in a mirror reflection manner on the ground (timber ground floor, levelling mortar, etc.) shaping the overall artistic pattern of the coating. The proposed method allows to form a steady 5-35 mm thick segment structure without gluing the same to the ground until it is to be laid on a floor. Property of segments to have two outward quality sides and placement in a mirror reflection manner ensures precision joining all over being la id on the area surface.
