摘要 PURPOSE:To make temperature control over a fuel cell ever so smooth, by preventing air bubbles due to a difference between steam pressure and pressurized water temperature from penetrating into a pressurized water circulating pump at a time when a descending speed of the steam pressure inside a boiler for pressurized water control is high, and stabilizing the pressurized water discharge of the pump. CONSTITUTION:A part of pressurized water regulated by a circulating pump 19 is further branched off somewhere short of a bypass valve 8e of a bypass pipe 25, making it go by way of a pipe line 26, and it is passed through the inside of a traced line 18 rolled on a reactive gas pipe 17, thereby preheating the reactive gas. Thus, pressurized water coming to lower temperature than that to be fed to a fuel cell 14 is led into the preheating pipe conducting valve 6 connected to a preheat water opening valve 7 in parallel via a pipe line 27 and a pure water preheater 4 consisting of a preheating pipe 5, and fed to the circulating pipe 19 after flow control is carried out by a control valve 10a. Afterward, the pressurized water turned to low temperature hereat is mixed, whereby pressurized water temperature in a boiler 9 is lowered, and air bubbles produced when steam pressure is suddenly dropped are vanished.
