The invention relates to the automatic control of an electronic circuit, which requires detection of the power delivered at its output. This device consists essentially of a field-effect transistor (13), with zero bias VDS, wired between earth and a matching network (11, 12) at the output of the circuit. This transistor behaves either as a capacitor or as a diode. A low-pass filter (14, 15, 16) connected between the transistor (13) and the network (11, 12) delivers a detection voltage (Vdet).
