PURPOSE:To mix uniformly finely pulverized substances of frozen meat with secondary raw materials such as flavoring materials and the like by projectedly providing a number of fins of specific form to fixed blades of an agitating cylinder and rotary blades of an agitating rotary drum in staggered positions running through each other when rotating. CONSTITUTION:An agitating rotary drum 44 is accommodated inside an agitating cylinder 58, and agitating rotary blades 76 are provided at given intervals on the outer spherical surface of said rotary drum 44. On the other hand, agitating fixed blades 79 are provided at given intervals on the inner spherical surface of the agitating cylinder 58, and a number of fins 77 and 80 of flat octagonal prism with smashed faces of both sides are projected on said blades 76 and 79 in staggered positions so that they may run through each other when rotating. Fine pulverized substances and secondary raw materials such as flavoring materials, spices and the like fed into the agitating cylinder 58 are mixed together uniformly in enlarging and contracting spaces between said rotary blades 76 and fixed blades 79. |
