<p>PURPOSE:To enable preparation of a roll of high quality, by forming an uncured rubber layer on the outer periphery of a core metal, and by curing after inserting the uncured layer into a rubber tube. CONSTITUTION:An uncured rubber layer 12 is formed on the periphery of a core metal 11 with an adhesives. The uncured rubber layer 12 is spread on the peripheral surface with a plasticizer and this is inserted into a precured rubber tube 10. Thereafter, by the oven-curing of the uncured rubber layer 12, the core metal 11 and the rubber tube 10 are made integrally with a rubber layer 13 to obtain a rubber roll 15. By this preparation process it is possible to make a roll of high quality even if it is not preformed at the full-scale factory for rubber rolls.</p> |
