<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize coal ashes and to obtain a granulated material preferable to a water retention material, an oil absorbent and aggregate of the secondary product of concrete for a roadbed material by adding both cement and slag powder to coal ashes of low-temp. combustion and granulating this mixture while spraying water thereto. CONSTITUTION:(B) Cement (e.g. normal portland cement) and (C) one kind or two kinds of slag powder in steel manufacture and slag powder in molten iron preliminary treatment are added to (A) coal ashes which are generated in the case of burning coal at low temp. in a coal thermal power plant and performing power generation. Then this mixture is granulated while spraying water thereto and the obtained granulated material is utilized for a water retention material, an oil absorbent and aggregate of the secondary product of concrete for a roadbed material. Further both cement and one or more kinds selected from among gypsum, lime, clay, PVA, carboxymethyl cellulose, blastfurnace granulated slag powder, slag powder in steel manufacture and slag powder in molten iron preliminary treatment are added to coal ashes of high-temp. combustion. This mixture is granulated while spraying water thereto and the granulated material is utilized for the same application.</p> |
