PURPOSE:To provide a display device for multi point input/output device which simply performs a wiring check for an input/output device of a contact signal. CONSTITUTION:In a display device for multi point input/output device which is provided with a connector section 10 connected to an external device via a signal line, an operation processing section 30 which turns on/off a contact signal of a corresponding terminal of the connector section, a lighting interface circuit 40 which sends a lighting signal to a lighting element of a display section 20 corresponding to a terminal which is turned on by the arithmetic processing section, the display section is made such block structure as being freely attachable and detachable to the input/output device, connected to the lighting interface circuit via a connector 42 for display, while a wiring test section 50 connected to the connector for display is provided substituting for the display section, a contact output signal by a command signal is suppressed for the arithmetic processing section by the lighting interface circuit, contact output signals of terminals corresponding to the setting of each individual switch are turned on and off, and they are sent to the connector section and checked.
