PURPOSE:To provide a sticking device capable of improving productivity and reliability and preventing the degradation in image grade by preventing the deformation of the substrate of a liquid crystal display element at the time of sticking the substrate formed with microlenses and the liquid crystal display element. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 8d, 9b; 10b, 11d which project inward from the middle positions of pendent parts 8b, 9b; 10b, 11b are integrally formed upper than the respective holding parts 8c, 9c; 10c, 11c of respective holding members 8, 9; 10, 11. The parts near the peripheral edges of the UV curing type adhesive interposed between the microlens substrate 4 and the liquid crystal display element 2 are shielded of light by the respective projecting parts 8d to 11d and the uncured state is maintained therein when the adhesive is irradiated with UV rays from a light source 7 which is a UV irradiating means. On the other hand, only the adhesive nearer the inner side than the parts near the peripheral edges is irradiated with the UV rays and is cured. |
