PURPOSE:To facilitate the mount of the dielectric resonator by forming a recessed part to an insulator surface of a support base and fixing an outer conductor of the dielectric resonator to a ground conductor layer arranged to the bottom side of the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:Each of cylindrical dielectric resonators 1, 2 has a cylindrical dielectric body, an inner conductor on a wall face of a cylindrical throughhole of the dielectric body, an outer conductor 10 and a terminal conductor 12 respectively. A support base 3 is made of a dielectric ceramic multi-layer base and one major side has recessed parts 14, 15. A ground conductor layer 16, 1st and 2nd connection conductor layers 17, 18 are provided to a bottom side of the recessed parts 14, 15. The ground conductor layers 17, 18 are provided to a bottom side of the recessed parts 14, 15 corresponding to the conductor 12 of the dielectric resonators 1, 2. Through the constitution above, since the recessed parts 14, 15 are provided, the interval between the resonators 1, 2 is obtained easily and precisely. |
