PURPOSE:To simplify the system constitution of a video tape recorder by using an image processor memory in a recording system and a time base correcting processing memory in common in a reproducing system. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st operation mode obtained by switching the operation modes of a write control part 18 and a read control part 19 for respectively controlling the writing and reading of image data in/from a storage part 13, the storage part 13 is functioned as a random access memory (RAM) for storing image data for plural lines based upon respective line memories to execute time axis correcting processing, and in the 2nd operation mode, a filter part 20 executes filtering processing at least in the vertical direction by using image data outputted in parallel from the storage part 13. |
