EXTRUDER WITH INNER DECKLE

PURPOSE: To prevent the material leak from an end plate generated by fluid pressure by reducing the bending or strain of a deckle rod at a time of regulation by allowing a deckle blade to pierce through the end part of a main body to extend to a preland groove and arranging the same in the preland groove in a movable manner. CONSTITUTION: In an extrusion processing apparatus 10 having an inner deckle system, an extrusion processing apparatus 20 is equipped with a main body 12 equipped with a flow passage 14 having a manifold 18 forming a lateral flow, a land groove 22 terminating at a slot like opening having a gap expanding along the width direction of the extrusion processing apparatus 10 and the preland groove 20 between the manifold 18 and the land groove 22 for allowing the manifold 18 and the land groove 22 to fluidally communicate with each other. A lower deckle plug 50 pierces through an end plate 34 to extend to the preland groove 20 to form an independently regulable deckle blade shape and an independently regulable deckle rod 60 pierces through the end plate 34 to extend to the preland groove 20.
