PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus reduced in the depth irregularity of an impression to a flexible material. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for the impression transfer of a stamping foil to a flexible material web is constituted of a main applicator roller and at least one receiving roller 12 cooperating with an applicator roller. The receiving roller 12 consists of inside and outside sleeve means 32, 44 mutually arranged in a concentric state. At least one elastic circular compensation member 42 is held between these means so as to come into contact with both means to absorb and correct the fluctuations of the receiving roller. |
