CONSTITUTION:Each time a repeated reproducing switch 41 is pressed, the main information of a prescribed block stored in a semiconductor memory 10 is repeatedly reproduced and while being interlocked with the repeated reproduction, reproducing speed is decelerated at a prescribed rate by a reproducing speed control part 30 and a system control part 20. A voice pitch is controlled by a voice pitch change part 60 interlocked with the reproducing speed. As a result, information can be reproduced with natural volume at certain speed suitable for hearing.
