<p>PURPOSE:To average generating power to be stabilized by adding outputs of a plurality of generating means, supplying it as generating power to a power source, detecting the added generating output, and controlling to output it based on its variation. CONSTITUTION:Wind turbines 1-1,..., n are rotated by wind, and mechanical energy generated by the rotations is supplied to induction generators 2-1,..., n, and converted to AC power. Then, converters 3-1,..., n rectify and smooth outputs P1-Pn of the generators 2-1,..., n thereby to convert them into DC powers, adds them to input it to a power controller 6, and detects it by a detector 7. The controller 6 compares the added input EPn with a preset reference value PA, and controls to regulate a conversion efficiency for the converters 3-1,..., n. As a result, an added result of the output powers of the converters 3-1,..., n is further averaged, input to an inverter 4 to become an AC, and supplied to a system power source 5 as a generating power.</p> |
