<p>PURPOSE:To continuously monitor the treatment performance of a deodorizing device by simultaneously converting the humidity of raw odorous gas, treated gas and standard air for setting the zero values of sensors into saturation humidity and further cleaning the sensors with dry air passing through a silica gel packed tank. CONSTITUTION:In order to equalize all the absolute humidity of raw odorous gas, treated gas and standard air for setting the zero points of a raw odorous gas measuring sensor 4 and a treated gas measuring sensor 5 (sensors 4, 5), they are cooled by a cooling tank 2 until they simultaneously have saturation humidity. Consequently the measurement error due to moisture is automatically eliminated. Further, dry air passing through the silica gel packed tank 3 is used as cleaning air for desorbing the odor of the sensors 4, 5 where the odor has been adsorbed. Thus, the continuous increase and change in the zero values due to the moisture accumulated in the sensors 4, 5 are prevented. Therefore the continuous monitoring of the treatment performance of an deodorizing device is performed.</p> |
