发明名称 METHOD FOR ATTACHING AND DETACHING ROTARY CYLINDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the applying of excessive force on a sleeve, thrust plate and shaft from the outside at the time of exchanging a rotary cylinder of a fluid bearing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A fluid bearing is constituted of the shaft 2, the sleeve 3, the thrust plate 4 and a lubricant 5. An insertion member 11 is inserted between a bottom end face 10a' of a motor magnet and a top end face 10b' of a motor coil from an insertion hole 1a of a stationary cylinder 1, by which a spacing 13 is provided between the top end face 2b of the shaft and the bottom end face 4a of the thrust plate. The spacing 13 is provided between the top end face 2b of the shaft and the bottom end face 4a of the thrust plate at the time of exchanging the rotary cylinder 7. Consequently, the damage of the sleeve 3 and the thrust plate 4 and the fall of the shaft 2 by loosening of the fixing part 1b of the shaft 2 do not arise even if the force is exerted from the outside and, therefore, the cylinder is maintained at the same assembly accuracy before the exchange of the rotary cylinder.
