CONSTITUTION:A document information file 10 stores by corresponding document information for managing a document provided with a keyword to the keyword for every keyword and stores and stores by corresponding the document information to candidate keywords inside the document shown by the document information for every document information in a candidate keyword file 20, a reading means 11 reads the document information corresponding to the keyword from the document information file 10 and reads the condidate keywords corresponding to the document information from the candidate keyword file 20, and a related term preparing means 16 prepares the related term of the keyword read from the candidate keyword file 20 by the reading means 11 from the candidate keywords for every document information read from the document information file 10 by the reading means 11. |
