Also, the CPU 11 is operated as the discrimination means and the adding means, etc., corresponding to the programs stored in the ROM 12. Also, the respective areas of the merchandise information memory 16 of the respective merchandise, a sales memory 17 for storing the sales of the merchandise and the postage sales memory 18 for storing the sales of the postage are formed in the RAM 13.
