<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a color filter and to prevent the sticking of dust before baking when the color filter is produced. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resin pattern 12 with many open recesses 13 is formed on the top of a temporary substrate 11 for forming a color filter, light transmitting colored resins R, G, B are filled into the recesses 13, and the pattern 12 and the colored resins R, G, B are press-bonded to a substrate 15 for forming a color filter. The temporary substrate 11 is then peeled off from the pattern 12.</p> |
