<p>PURPOSE:To produce an FRP molding material having a sufficient strength at a low cost by a method wherein an FRP waste having a low calcium carbonate content is ground and screened, small particles and large particles each having a specific particle size range are mixed as an aggregate for molding an FRP molding material. CONSTITUTION:An FRP waste in use has a calcium carbonate content of 10wt.% or less. The FRP waste is ground and screened to small particles and large particles, which respectively pass through a 3mm mesh screen and an 8mm mesh screen but remain on a 1mm mesh screen and a 3mm mesh screen. These particles are again mixed. A synthetic resin and a filler are added to this, kneaded, and molded, whereby the waste is reclaimed as an FRP molding. In addition, powder generated by cutting or grinding an FRP molding may be added as a filler. It is prefrable that 20-55 pts.wt. of large particle, 45-75 pts.wt. of small particle, and 0-20 pts.wt. of FRP powder are mixed for use.</p> |
