<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale of an entire picture processing circuit by reducing the circuit scale of a predicting circuit and a distributed arithmetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:A picture signal Si including a distortion is successively inputted to a storage circuit 110, and stored. One part of the picture signals outputted from the storage circuit 110 are inputted to a predicting circuit 120, and a predicted value B is calculated by the predicting circuit 120. One part of the picture signals inputted to the predicting circuit 120 are inputted to a distributed arithmetic circuit 130, and a dispersion is calculated. The distribution V, predicted value B, and a picture signal A of the objective picture element of a filter processing outputted from the storage circuit 110 are inputted to an output signal preparing circuit 140, and a picture signal So from which the distortion is removed is searched by an arithmetic processing.</p> |
