<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the sensitivity of incident light position of the specific position on the light-receiving surface by a method wherein n(n>2) pieces of light-receiving elements are arranged in prescribed direction, each photoelectric current of the light-receiving elements is divided into the prescribed ratio, they are led to the second photoelectric current output terminal, and the prescribed ratio is controlled while the prescribed relation is being maintained. CONSTITUTION:The light-receiving elements 101 to 10n of n(n>2) pieces, which are arranged in the prescribed direction, and photoelectric currents Il to In are divided into the prescribed ratio k1, 1-k1 to kn and 1-kn. A shunt part 12, having n-pieces of shunts, which is guided to the first and the second photoelectric output terminals (p) and (q), and a shunt control part 14, which controls the prescribed ratio K1 to kn maintaining the relation of k1>0.5>kn and km<=kp (p=m-1; m=2 to n), are provided. The photoelectric current of the j-th light-receiving element is shunted to the first and the second current output terminals (p) and (q), its ratio can be continuously set by the valve of VR1, and sensitive output characteristics against the change of incident light position in the vicinity of j-th incident light can be obtained.</p> |
