PURPOSE:To provide the optical disk substrate having sufficient strength of adhesion by forming groove rings on the substrate surface of a part to be adhered to a hub. CONSTITUTION:The disk-shaped transparent substrate 4 mounted with the hub 1 for magnet clamping is formed with >=1 pieces of the groove rings 5 in the region corresponding to the part to be adhered to the hub 1. The adhesive area is arbitrarily set by this constitution and since the bleeding out of the adhesive is prevented, the adhesive area is assured and the optical disk substrate having the sufficient strength of adhesion is obtd. The hub 1 is preferably adhered to the hub adhering part of the substrate 4 by applying a UV curing resin thereto. |
