<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an illegal card user by informing a person other than the illegal card user about the taking-in of an illegal card based on the judged result and inhibiting the return of the illegal card from a card receiving means. CONSTITUTION:When the genuineness of a card 3 taken in the card receiving means 4 is judged by a judging part 11, and the taking-in of an illegal card is judged, a control device 5 informs a person such as an employer other than an illegal card user about the fact by an informing means 20. The return of the illegal card 3 from the means 4 is inhibited by a return inhibiting means 13. When the clerk inserts a key 14 into the means 4 after arriving at the installation place of the means 4, the return inhibition of the card 3 by the inhibiting part 13 is released by a key 14 passessed by the employer in a release operation part 15 and the card 3 is returned from the means 4 so that the use of the illegal card 3 can be checked in the field. Consequently a person tries to use an illegal card can be intimidated.</p> |
