<p>PURPOSE:To shape a dumpling-form purging waste into a form convenient for storage and reusing by a method wherein a purging waste from a plastics molding machine is passed between pressure rolls and slitter rolls in a semi-melt state. CONSTITUTION:A purging waste in a semi-melt state is loaded in a hopper-form container. While this is successively cold-rolled through first - third pressure rolls 3.3'-5.5', linear thin parts are formed at fixed intervals in the width direction by touches 5'' provided on the third pressure rolls 5.5. This is extruded to slitter rolls 6.6'. Simultaneously when being torn at the thin parts at fixed intervals, the material is finely cut by a large number of slitters 6'' provided around the shafts of the slitter rolls 6.6'.</p> |
