PURPOSE:To provide a method for analyzing an antibody concentration which can accurately detect the concentration in raw material liquid. CONSTITUTION:After raw material liquid is fed to an affinity column 1 to adsorb antibody, the column 1 is cleaned with cleaning liquid then solvent to be fed to the column 1 is gradually switched from the cleaning liquid to eluate, and an antibody concentration in the liquid is analyzed from an elution peak area measured by an ultraviolet detector 2 while eluating the adsorbed antibody. Accordingly, a deviation of an elution curve due to change of the solvent to the eluate can be grasped, and the elution peak area is calculated by subtracting the deviation, and hence an accurate analysis can be performed. |
