PURPOSE:To control freely the psychological distance to an acoustic image by adding a reflection sound signal sequence to input signals to change the energy change of reflection sound signals and the mutual correlation coefficient of impulse response in stereophonic reproducing. CONSTITUTION:In plural reflection sound signal units 23R and 23L consisting of preceding-stage reflection sound signal synthesizing circuit 21F, succeeding-stage reflection sound signal synthesizing circuit 21B, preceding-stage reflection sound signal synthesizing circuit 22F and succeeding-stage reflection sound signal synthesizing circuit 22B, the mutual correlation coefficient of impulse reponse between two systems of units 23R and 23L consisting of a pair of cascaded circuits respectively is changed by changing constants circuits 21F and 22F, and the energy density ratio of direct sound signals to reflection sound signals is changed by changing constants of circuit 21B and 22B. Thus, the psychological distance to an acoustic image can be controlled freely. |
