PURPOSE:To obtain a permanent magnet member reducing a disorder of orientation while having an improved magnetic characteristic by specifying a quantity of ferromagnetic powder pelletizing a mixture of thermoplastic resin and an adhesive together with a quantity of stearic acid metal salt externally appending to the pellet. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic powder 80 to 95wt.%, the rest thermoplastic resin and an additive are mixed for being extruded by means of a biaxial kneading extruder and for being pelletized by a strand die and a pelletizer. Next, thermoplastic resin to be contained in a pellet, for instance, stearic acid metal salt of 1-10wt.% of ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer, for instance, stearic acid zinc is uniformly stuck to the outer surface of this pellet. In this way, a permanent magnet member 28 is extrusion molded by a prescribed extrusion molding device in a magnetic field by using the pellet manufactured in this way. Thereby, an orientation degree in the direction of a magnetic field of ferromagnetic powder is improved so as to improve a magnetic characteristic of the permanent magnetic member. |
