PURPOSE:To smooth change in density at a joint by synthesizing sensitivity distribution of each photographed plate along the joint of a plurality of solid photographing elements based on division and multiplication of stored each memory value and correcting the difference of sensitivity distribution of the joint. CONSTITUTION:Video signal outputs of photographing plates 1 and 2 constituted of solid photographing elements CCD are each done by A/D conversions 3 and 4 and are stored in a memory 5 for CC-D1 and a memory 6 for CC-D2. Image data CCD1 and CCD2 for a joint between the photographing plates 1 and 2 are read out and are divided by a divider 7 and the ratio CCD1/CCD2 is temporarily stored in a line memory 8. The stored value of the memory 8 are multiplied 13 by the stored value of the memory 6. The result of multiplication and a stored value in the memory 5 are input in a synthesized image memory 9 to obtain a synthesized image of the joint. Difference in sensitivity distribution of the joint between the photographing plates 1 and 2 is corrected and change in density of the joint is smoothed and efficiency and quality of X-ray diagnosis are improved. |
