PURPOSE:To provide a liquid crystal panel which obviates light leakage by exactly forming black stripes in the prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:Transparent electrodes 2 and light shielding layers 3 are formed in stripes on one surface of a first glass substrate 1 and a primer layer 5 is formed on one surface side of the first glass substrate 1. A photosensitive dye resin layer is formed on the primer layer 5. The photosensitive dye resin layer is exposed from the other surface of the first glass substrate 1 with the light shielding layers 3 as a mask and is developed. The primer layer 5 on the light shielding layers 3 is then peeled. The light shielding layers 3 existing in the positions corresponding to the apertures of optical shutter elements are etched away by photolithography, by which the apertures of the optical shutter elements are formed. The photosensitive dye resin layers formed between the transparent electrodes 2 are dyed black. |
