<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the height of the mechanism and to miniaturize the whole device by disposing a turning body disposed in a position of planely lapping on a step guide plate in a lower step part to be formed in lamination. CONSTITUTION:The step guide plate 25 is constituted to make its guide surface 25A lower than usual. In a parallel loading system in general, the size of mechanism in overall height depends on the height of a cassette box 81 disposed without interference with this overall height. However, in this case, since the height of the mechanism is lowered than its usual by providing the step guide plate 25 by the height DELTAh of the step, the overall height of the mechanism becomes h' from the conventional size h, and hence the recording and reproducing device can further be miniaturized.</p> |
