A heat depositing device of the color video printer installs a heat cover roll (23) including a heating lamp (24) in between a pressure developing roll (21) and a feed roll (22). The heat cover roll forms insulating regions (25) on both sides of the central contacting region (23a) to bring into contact with the image receiving paper(R), and a pressing roll forms pressing regions (29) to press both sides of the image receiving paper. Thereby the image receiving paper is fed.
