PURPOSE:To ensure the optimum form for a portable information communication equipment in accordance with a radio talking, an electronic notebook, and a folded storage respectively while securing a radio telephone function and an electronic notebook function. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a radio talking is secured when a microphone part 3 is opened toward an arrow A via a hinge part 4 and at the same time a speaker part 2 is closed against an arrow B via the part 5. Then an electronic notebook is secured when the part 3 is closed against the arrow A and the part 2 is opened toward the arrow B. Furthermore a folded storage is secured when the part 3 is closed against the arrow A and at the same time the part 2 is closed against the arrow B respectively. In such a way, the form for a main body 1 is varied in response to each purpose.
