PURPOSE: To enable preventing propagation loss at the time of generating a traveling wave in a stator, by constituting a bonded joint of a thin adhesive sheet having selectively conductivity and fixing and bonding an ultrasonic wave oscillator and the stator with the adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION: A bonded joint between a stator 1 and a piezoelectric ceramic disk 13 is constituted of a conductive adhesive sheet 15 having double-sided adhesion, for generating traveling wave in the stator 1. One side 17 is bonded to the piezoelectric ceramic disk 13, and the other side 19 is bonded to the stator 1. The adhesive sheet 15 has a thickness of 0.1mm±0.02mm. The adhesive sheet 15 is constituted of a conductive retaining sheet 21, and a plurality of protrusions 35 constituted of conductive grains 37 are positioned on the surfaces 31, 33, for electrically point-connecting the stator 1 and an ultrasonic oscillator 3. The conductive retaining sheet 21 contains admixture of gold grains and/or silver grains which make electrical resistance value between an upper surface 23 and a lower surface 25, 0.001Ω/cm<2> . |
